The Fine Print


‘Mr Bold Catering Co.’ refers to Mr Bold Catering Co, ABN Number 11 279 487 075

‘The Client’ refers to the customer booking any catering services with Mr Bold Catering Co.

‘We, ours, us, etc.’ means Mr Bold Catering Co.

‘You, yours, etc.’ means The Client.



To confirm your booking a $1000 non-refundable deposit payment is required. No booking is considered confirmed without a deposit. Once payment of the deposit is received your event date will be secured and no other bookings will be taken. Payment of the deposit indicates that these terms and conditions have been read and accepted.


Confirmation of Details

Final menu selection, guest numbers and dietary requirements are to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event at which time we will provide a final invoice. All final confirmed guest numbers must be paid for. 



All accounts must be paid in full upon receipt of final invoice prior to your event unless prior arrangement is made in advance. We accept payment by credit card (processing fees apply), direct transfer, cheque and cash. All payment details are listed on our invoice. 


All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST Exclusive unless otherwise stated. The final pricing may vary within individual quotations and is subject to change due to seasonal variations and market fluctuations.


While all attempts are made to maintain published prices of goods and services and other charges, they may be subject to change at the discretion of Mr Bold Catering Co. 


Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Dietary needs can be accommodated however a 10% surcharge is applied for each dietary guest.
Guest name and specific dietary requirement or allergy must be advised 14 days prior to your event. We will be unable to provide any specific dietary meals on the day without prior organisation.

Please advise these guests that the Mr Bold Catering Co. kitchen and equipment used within may contain traces of nuts, egg, dairy, gluten and other know allergens.  
All care is taken by Mr Bold Catering Co. to ensure these items are contained when preparing dietary menu items however we cannot guarantee that all food produced in our kitchen will be entirely free from these allergens.


Whilst we understand the serious implications of reactions to allergens and every effort is made not to cross contaminate your food, Mr Bold Catering Co. will not accept responsibility or liability for an adverse reaction to any of our food by any guest. 


Please inform any of your guests with serious food allergies that may be concerned, to consider bringing their own allergen free meal.


Please discuss with Mr Bold Catering Co. upon booking for arrangements to be made.


Vendor Meals

If you require a meal for other vendors on the day (band members, DJ, photographers, event co-ordinators, celebrants) a vendor meal charge is applicable at $30 + GST per person. This must be advised 14 days prior to your event.  No vendors will be provided with a meal unless previously arranged and paid for in advance.


Kitchen Facilities and Access 

Access to a kitchen is preferred but not essential. If there is no kitchen available, then we require a covered area or caterer’s marquee with lighting and access to adequate electricity and drinking water.


Refrigeration space is required - for larger numbers a mobile cool room is most suitable.


To access your venue our Mercedes Sprinter transport van requires clearance of 3m in height and 8m in length and a flat space to park near the kitchen area so that we can unload and set up.



Depending on the menu, size of your event and facilities available at your venue, additional kitchen equipment may need to be hired at a cost to the client. We will consult with you regarding the type and cost of any additional equipment if required. Any damage to or loss of hire equipment caused by the client, the client’s guests, venue or venues employees will be charged at cost to the client and invoiced after the event.

Venue Set Up
Venue set up is the responsibility of the client. Mr Bold Catering Co do not set up or pack down tables, chairs, linen, table decorations, bar, glassware, tea & coffee facilities.


Quality Control

Mr Bold Catering Co. does not serve any food that has been sourced or prepared by an outside source without prior consent. This practice contravenes our Food Safety program. Please mention to Mr Bold Catering Co. during the initial quote stages if you plan to supply any foods from home, a relative or registered food business.


Food Safety and Insurance

All Mr Bold Catering Co. kitchen staff are extensively trained in food safety practices and work under our Food Safety Supervisor at all times. Mr Bold Catering Co. hold all licensing, public liability insurance and work cover requirements to provide a safe and professional catering service. 


Responsible Service of Alcohol

All Mr Bold Catering Co. bar staff are RSA certified and act in accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act and NSW Liquor Laws. Mr Bold Catering Co. staff reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to guests under the age of 18 and guests who are intoxicated.


The following cancellation terms are applicable in the event you wish to cancel your booking. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.

Over 3 months notice, no deposit will be refunded.

Under 3 months’ notice, no deposit will be refunded and 50% of the quoted invoice is to be paid.
Under 1 months’ notice, no deposit will be refunded and 80% of the quoted invoice is to be paid.

Under 14 days’ notice, no deposit will be refunded and 100% of the quoted invoice is to be paid.
